Items are automatically scheduled based on deadlines, time allocated, scheduled events and available work time. The goal is to reduce the amount of manual work the user has to do. Consequently the order is not manually alterable. The more you use it the more accurate it will become with scheduling as it will learn the patterns in which you do things.
At this point new events and the editing of old events is not possible. These functions will be added on later versions.
A Swingdo Chrome extension is scheduled for release in Febuary or March 2016. We will announce this on Social Media.
Done todos are kept in memory and can be returned to the todo list. Deleted todos are deleted completly from the app.
Title, Time allocation are required for a new todo. Time allocation is defaulted to 15 mins, so just a title will infact also work.
Mails from important contacts that have not been replied to will appear. This way the user will not miss or forget to reply to important mail.
If your Emoji keyboard setting is on, you can use Emoji.
You can not add attachements to mails in Swingdo.
Mail sent or received in Swingdo is also reflected in the original email accounts.
You will receive the same mails that you will see in Gmail. When sending mail you can change the address from which you are sending, just like with Gmail.
If you have email accounts which are not covered by Swingmail, you can tie them to a Gmail account and still see them in Swingmail.

Both are apps in the Swingapp series. Swingmail gives you your past communication and your contacts and Swingdo shows you what you have to do coming up in the future. You can create todos directly from Swingmail for Swingdo and manage your todos and time more effectively. Improving the interaction and functionality of the two apps is a strong focus going forward.
